The Circle of Healing Community
Many have asked, and finally we have answered! The Circle of Healing Community was inspired by our amazing Rise clients.
The journey through awareness, acceptance, and inspired action can be lonesome and at times alien to those that we may normally seek support and connection from. For that reason, we created a beautiful landing place for any past, present, or even future people looking to build community and fellowship with other self-healers.
These events center around collectively grounding our mind and body through a Yin Yoga practice (this is a very beginners yoga that focuses on keeping the body low to the ground and holding for longer duration), followed by a guided meditation and finished up with fellowship and focused discussions around the themes of our lives.
Let us celebrate that as we heal individually, we heal the collective as well.
This group is open, and regular attendance is NOT required. Guests are welcome and encouraged, yet spots are limited, so only those holding a reservation at the time of the event can attend.
