As a therapist, Taylor specializes in supporting individuals who are navigating some of life’s most overwhelming and painful challenges, whether it’s persistent anxiety that makes it hard to breathe, depression that drains motivation and hope, or grief that feels like it may never loosen its grip. She works with those who are in the midst of life transitions that feel disorienting—divorce, loss, becoming a parent, moving through identity shifts, or implementing boundaries within complicated family systems.
Many of her clients come to therapy feeling emotionally stuck, trapped in cycles of people-pleasing, perfectionism, or co-dependency. They may struggle with setting boundaries or feel like they’ve never truly belonged in the systems around them, whether that's their family, community, workplace, or culture. Some are survivors of emotionally neglectful or chaotic upbringings, trying to find their voice and build a life that actually feels like theirs. Taylor works with her clients to untangle these patterns and create new, more empowered ways of being.
She provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can begin exactly where you are, even if you feel lost, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of what you need. You'll move at a pace that feels manageable, even when the process feels uncertain or intimidating. Whether you're facing panic attacks, racing thoughts, chronic self-doubt, or numbness, Taylor will support you through learning to slow down and reconnect with yourself.
For parents, she offers parenting support that is collaborative and individualized. Every child is different, and every family has its own dynamic. You’ll work together to identify what’s going on (like behavioral outbursts, emotional dysregulation, or communication breakdowns) and develop realistic, compassionate strategies that are tailored to your child’s needs and temperament.
In your work with Taylor, you'll identify inner strengths, even those you may not yet recognize, and use those strengths as building blocks toward a more grounded and fulfilling life. You'll focus on interrupting old survival patterns like fawning or self-abandonment and replacing them with practices that honor your boundaries, needs, and authentic self.
Healing doesn't happen alone, and it doesn’t require perfection—it requires honesty, courage, and support. Taylor's role is to walk with you as you move toward clarity, resilience, and the most authentic version of yourself.
