Driven by her own transformative life experiences, Taylor made the decision to obtain her Masters in Social Work. After graduating from the University of Southern California, she cultivated her passion for therapy through education and application of all that she learned. The challenges she's experienced has given her a deep sense of empathy and a strong desire to help others navigate their own struggles. She's particularly drawn to working with adult women, as she understands firsthand how complex and multifaceted life can be—balancing careers, relationships, personal growth, and everything in between. For her, the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and the client. Creating a safe, trusting space where her clients feel heard and respected is essential. She believes that real healing begins when individuals can feel secure enough to be vulnerable, to explore their emotions, and to confront whatever is holding them back.

Outside of her work, she spends most of her time with her partner and their three children. They bring much joy and balance to her life, and she cherishes the moments they share together. When she's not with them, you can often find her hiking in nature, where she can clear her mind and restore her energy. Baking and sharing her creations is also another passion of hers. For her, finding balance between her professional and personal life is key, and she brings that same holistic approach to her work as a therapist, always encouraging her clients to care and be gentle with themselves as they work through their challenges.

A Few Words From Taylor:

Hi, I’m Taylor! I am so glad you’re here.  I respect that starting your journey with therapy can feel overwhelming.  I offer a holistic approach in my work that seeks to connect, honor, and respect my clients while assisting them with their goals. I will always seek to provide compassion for all clients, balanced with accountability.  I find that these two fundamentals are the hallmark of a meaningful and productive therapeutic relationship, allowing the client to feel safe and supported.

“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.”

– Bessel Van Der Kolk
