Stitch and Bitch: A Creative Circle for Single Women
Stitch and Bitch is a fun, therapeutic support group for adult women who are actively dating and ready to approach relationships with greater self-awareness, empowerment, excitement, and confidence. This group blends creativity, connection, and conversation in a relaxed environment where members can bring their own art or craft project (painting, knitting, crochet, scrapbooking, coloring, and any other artistic endeavor) while engaging in guided discussions around understanding and maintaining your standards and values in the tangle of modern dating.
Each week, the facilitators will introduce a new theme or topic to support you in your new year dating journey and to help prevent you from unraveling during dating. Topics include recognizing red and green flags, dating timelines, balancing vulnerability with discernment, and building authentic connections that lasts. Through creating crafts and conversation, women will explore their patterns, celebrate their growth, and build community with others on a similar journey.
Focus Areas:
Understanding attraction and attachment patterns
Navigating dating with emotional regulation and self-trust
Learning the underlying intentions of healthy and unhealthy communication
Reframing rejection and self-worth
Holding standards, setting boundaries and communicating needs
Cultivating conscious and playful energy in relationships
What to Bring:
Your favorite art or craft project (optional art supplies will also be available).
