Becca primarily works with children and teens, which is where she feels most connected, though she also supports adults. She has experience working with a wide range of needs, abilities, and ages, and she approaches each person with care, curiosity, and respect for their unique story.

In sessions, she takes a person-centered approach, tailoring each experience to meet your individual needs. She often focuses on building self-esteem, strengthening a sense of belonging, and helping individuals better understand themselves. She supports individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and impulse control difficulties. Her goal is to walk alongside each individual as they build skills, process experiences, and grow into the best version of themselves.

She uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), art therapy techniques, and play therapy when working with children. These approaches allow her to meet each individual where they are developmentally and emotionally, making sessions engaging, supportive, and effective.

Advocacy is also a key part of her work. She is passionate about supporting each individual not just in session but in their everyday lives—whether that’s helping navigate school challenges, family dynamics, or personal struggles. She wants every person she works with to feel empowered, understood, and supported across all areas of their life.

A Few Words From Becca:

Hi, my name is Becca, and I’m so glad you’re here! Taking this step—whether for yourself or your child—is meaningful, and I truly believe it’s the beginning of finding support that feels right for you.

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. No matter what kind of day you’ve had or what you’re carrying, this is a place where you can feel safe, seen, and heard. So often, we feel pressure to present ourselves a certain way or hide parts of who we are. In our work together, I want to help you feel comfortable embracing your authentic self, including your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. I truly appreciate the opportunity to be considered as part of your journey, and I would be honored to support you or your child in finding growth, healing, and a greater sense of self.
